Green wood carpenters were at the heart of any settlement. Rustic poles and Hazel were cut from local woodland or coppice. The material could be used for construction of homes, shelters, fencing, firewood. The tree bark went into dying materials.

The Rental cost quoted above is charged each week, for the first 2 weeks. Any additional weeks will be charged at ½ the quoted price, per week. Price is PLUS Delivery & Return, with the option for you to arrange your own Collection & Return.
If you order this item online, you will only be charged for the first weeks rental. The system will not charge for Delivery or Pickup. We will contact you at the start of the next working day to arrange all of this. Please put your proposed Rental Date and Duration in the 'Notes' section on the order process.

Tools, Blades & Sharp items: For authenticity our tools and blades are real and originally intended to cut wood/ metal/ flesh! Whilst we have taken the precautions below, they are still very dangerous items and must be treated as such. These items can only be supplied to film/ TV productions and are not available for private or public events. As a film/TV production you will need to provide contact details for your Armourer. We have made the blades & tools blunt, but this does not make them completely safe. All are supplied as a static prop only and should not be used in any other way. When you receive your item, we will have covered the blade/tool in tape and cardboard. Please take care removing this and return it with the blade/tool covered in a similar way.
All items rented based on use as a static prop only. The decision to use them in any other way is taken entirely at your own risk and should be properly assessed and overseen by a relevant professional.
